This was our first project outside Barcelona city, in the quaint wine-town of Alella which is located only 18km from the city and only 20 minutes by car. The property is a “casa de cós”, a small townhouse with 3 floors and a small garden, on a tree-lined promenade with stunning views of the countryside and only a short walk away from the Alella town centre. We completely renovated the property to make a first floor with large eat-in kitchen, guest toilet and living room with direct access to the garden, a second floor with two double bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms, and a third floor with an office and a private terrace. We maintained the rustic charm of the property, with the very high ceilings with wooden beams, while bringing it into the 21st century with new modern upgrades.
